For those of you who want to unroot/update your Droid Razr to official ICS Android 4.0.4, here’s how to do it using Droid Razr Utility.

It’s highly recommended you unroot/update your Droid Razr to official ICS before trying to install the newer ICS ROMs.

This will work for all stock ROMs or custom ROMs.  For custom ROMs you might have to do a factory reset after unrooting, so just be careful about that.

How to Unroot Droid Razr!

If you are going to take your rooted Droid Razr back to Verizon for warranty replacement or even refund, you can easily unroot your Droid Razr back to completely stock.
